I wonder how much Missouri will pay out to blood donors this year (25-26) in football and men’s and women’s basketball? This game tonight is pathetic and will do nothing but pad stats. I wonder if the bottom line for the Athletic Department would look better if they simply played fewer games rather than in a mostly empty arena?

Our schedule is a little soft, I’d like to see a few more P4 games, but these games are valuable early on. I wish we had everyone in there so we’d know by conference time who our players are.

Meanwhile, Bama schedules one tough opponent after another. The good part about doing that is great crowds. We're playing Duke tonight, and the place would be jammed.

I like when big schools play the smaller and weaker schools around them regionally. Like Mizzou playing Missouri State, SLU, Illinois, Lindenwood, etc… It means a lot for those programs and supports the local network.
