This isn't a Faksa problem or a Mailloux issue. The 6th Dman ain't the problem. The 4th line ain't the problem. This is a leadership issue. A top 6 issue.This is a flat dud of an offense and it's dragging the whole team down. Hofer sucks and the defense is weak but this is a bad offensive top 6 problem. They just aren't creating offense. That's why they go 20 mins with no shots on goal. Bad offense....ucky caca!

What we did last year was defended the center of the ice well, and had the goalies saving the perimeter stuff and occasionally that would net a back door tap in. That was the risk of that scheme. Now we dont.

Asking the goalies to do better is fair, but i'd rather just compress up the middle again as last year we had a bit more success and it does sometimes clog the middle of the ice well enough to avoid the back door tap in goals.
