I know nobody else seems to notice them, but I have a pretty good memory for the baseball cards, Strat-O-Matic players of my youth. This evening 3 former players are high lighted.

1. Hoyt Wilhelm was a Cardinal for part of 1957. He continued to round out a HOF career using the infamous (to Bob Uecker) knuckleball, which is actually a fingernail ball.

2. Andres Galarraga suffered through an injury laden season with the Cardinals in 1992. He hit .370 in 1993 with Colorado.

3. Last but not least was Leon Wagner who was a Cardinal in 1960. Came to St. Louis with Daryl Spencer for Don Blasingame.
