Andre Pallante

Post by Talkin' Baseball »

I watched the Cardinal Territory podcast this week with Jim Hayes, Lance Lynn, and Kyle Gibson. I was really surprised by the strong endorsement Lynn and Gibson both gave to Andre Pallante. They both were strong in their assertion that they would like to see Pallante back in the rotation in '26. (They were bullish on Kyle Leahy as well) I don't pretend to know more than they do about what makes a good major league starting pitcher, but I must be missing something.

To me, their comments are just typical MLBPA union brothers talking nice about each other.

Agreed you could really tell when they were talking about the Dodgers. Saying every team could have signed Glasgow and every team could have signed Ohtani. NO not every team could sign those guys and still be competitive. Let alone sign 5 of the top free agents every year and still field a team. It was the Union line all the way, it was almost like it was a verbatim line the union told everyone to use.
