I never heard Chase when he was doing color. Something makes me think I wouldve loved listening to him since he probably wasnt a homer and was objective.

And on a side note, I find it fantastically entertaining how some people get so obviously offended when someone has a differing opinion on the broadcast team and cant seem to understand that not everyone likes what they like, nor should they. So Im committing myself to constantly express my displeasure with Kerby and the wannabe Dick Vitale from this day forward. :)

I think they ok, maybe even pretty good, about 75% of the time. But they go off on goofy tangents and start yucking it up and it gets really annoying. My solution? They both need to wear shock collars controlled by a designated member of this forum. When they start talking about stupid craaap, we shock them back to talking hockey.

Great idea Frank. But then we would miss out on the compelling story of Gilroy, California being the garlic capital of the world for approximately 3 minutes of play, for the second time this season. Or what kind of spices Jordan Binnington had in his cabinet before getting married. And maybe my favorite last night, was Joey wanting to go to a One Direction concert, who have been broken up for years. Like I say, the shock collar would prevent us from gaining so much amazing insight.

That was the exact discussion I was thinking of! Just another one of those moments where I muttered "what the he!!! are they talking about?" and my wife looked at me funny!

These two go minutes not moments when there is no idea where the puck is or what is happening.

You get what you pay for.
Listened to half of tonight's game on radio. Thought they were great. Bring energy.

Perfect? No. But I've never heard perfect hockey radio.
Obviously, you've never heard Dan Kelly announce a hockey game.
Dan Kelly? New name. Who was he?

Best friend (who's been to Blues-Sharks with me a bunch including WCF 2019) was in town this week and we were watching. and he was like WTF is going on right now and I explained to him that this is literally the second extended explanation about the Gilroy Garlic Festival that we have had while the play is going on this season. I explained that everything he was seeing and experiencing related to the Blues was of similar quality at this moment. I was stunned when they didn't collapse again.

Joey might work for Big Garlic as a lobbyist and he's getting a cut of the profits...

Don't mess with Big Garlic. One of the most powerful lobbyists in DC!
