Bedard/Celly
Pretty cool to see these guys leading the NHL at near the quarter mark.
NHL is very happy

Re: Bedard/Celly
That goal by Bedard was the best I’ve ever seen from him.

Re: Bedard/Celly
Why does st louis put so much emphasis on not bringing young players into a losing environment because it breeds negativity? It seems for Chicago and sj it has helped develop a hunger.

Re: Bedard/Celly
The most impressive thing I saw last week is that Bedard is basically pacing the same as Kane at the same amount of games played and he doesn’t have near the supporting cast that Kane had. Bedard has been very good…I know people like to rag on him but the numbers are there, he’s been very good.

Blues never have prospects anywhere close to Bedard's pedigree. The only number one picks to ever play for the Blues were a mediocre defenseman who thought golf carts were more important than playing hockey and the biggest #1 overall bust of the century, Yakupov.Younghopp1991 wrote: ↑08 Nov 2025 08:13 am Why does st louis put so much emphasis on not bringing young players into a losing environment because it breeds negativity? If they had guys like that to absorb most of the negativity they'd hopefully take a different approach.

Re: Bedard/Celly
Its not just bedard. They have other young players playing extremely impressive. Just saying that losing culture didnt take over in chicago or san jose. Players on those teams are smiling and playing with heart and fireblackinkbiz wrote: ↑08 Nov 2025 11:01 amBlues never have prospects anywhere close to Bedard's pedigree. I have no problems with monty. I like Q also. We just dont have any main character personalities. Just a bunch of solid supporting cast passive aggressive guys.theograce wrote: ↑08 Nov 2025 11:50 amBetter coach too. We desperately need a leader. I know the BT horse has been beaten to death. Even if not him we need someone like him. Outside of neighbours i dont see any of our core bringing that F you attitude nightly. We need skill guys to bring that. Not more guys that HAVE to bring that style just to get ice time.
