There is something terrible wrong in the locker room. I don’t know anything but they sure are playing with a piano on their back. We probably won’t ever find out what it is. I have some ideas but they are purely conjecture at this point. A major trade has an unlikely chance at this time of year. This team needs a wake up call.

Only plus here is Hofer gets some reps in garbage time to try and find his game

Mails is -11 and he barely plays lol. Monty must be like hating this option

-11 while providing absolutely nothing in any area

This is literally the kids 17th game in the NHL. That’s a months worth of hockey. He hasn’t been good yet but are we honestly acting like: 1) this disaster is really his fault? 2) he has no chance of improving?

Come on…

He's also 22 and adjusting to a new country. Not that he's the first to have done so or anything but you never know what factors like that might do to someone.

He's got a long leash for me but I'm definitely not thrilled with the early showing.

noticed the last few games he's been on the ice when a goal is scored, thus picking up a minus. altho, he has his guy covered and someone else is wide open. +/- can be very misleading
