80% of NHL goaltenders would've stopped that.
LOL. 99% of NHL goaltenders could not stop that shot.
A 75mph flutter shot?

It was a tough shot for journeyman/tweener Pickard. But Vasilevski, Oettinger, Binnington and almost every other netminder in the NHL would've anticipated that setup and stopped it (Hofer probably would've gotten over too). I'm glad Dvorsky scored and I'm happy for him but let's not get over ecstatic about a routine fluttering one-timer that scored on an out of position and inferior Calvin Pickard.
You enjoy your little alternate universe. I've watched the replay a dozen times, you're gaslighting.
I watched the highlights on my phone and couldnt see the puck. Put it on the big screen. I dont have the best eyes but i still couldnt see the puck till it hit net.
In my armchair fan parlance there are three primary elements to a great one-timer: Power, accuracy, and quick release. Bing, Bing, Bing! If that pass wasn't laying flat that just makes the shot more impressive.
