Every team in the NHL has a similar franchise record like that.

The Oilers are not unbeatable, contain Draisaitl and you have a chance. Without Thomas (and Neighbours) it's a tall mountain to climb, figuring have to contain Oilers to 3 or fewer in regulation.

Re: Franchise Record against the Oilers
matchup has usually been a coin flip. last 20 the matchup is even. Last year was the first year in recent memory that we got dominated. Will be curious to see how this goes because the foil in these games are usually Thomas and Parayko. McJesus has been cited saying that Parayko is one of if not the toughest player for him to play against because of the combination of length and speed. And Thomas trains with McDavid during the offseason.
Hard to see an avenue for winning until a goalie completely steals one. Crazy that even how ugly the last game was, we still ended up outshooting the opponent.

I'm guessing that 44pronger44 made a negative post about the Blues. Am I right?!
That's all that person does. The foe is worth it.

You'd think a guy who claims to be a fan would come here to celebrate a win.
