GDT: Oilers at Blues 7:30 FanDuel

Rerun of the game is on FanDuel tonight if you missed it. Was good to see such a solid effort for 60 minutes and the Blues closing out for the win. That said there were times when the Oilers had rush after rush and all we did was dump the puck out of our Dzone so they could put together another rush. That is not a good plan.

The announcing is indeed awful. Call the game. Keep the chit chat and uninteresting anecdotes to a minimum. How many times do I have to hear about what Crosby said about Sunny just because Joey had some time with the Pens? It's embarrassing the Blues made this downgrade.

Kerbs is good as long as Vitale keeps his mouth shut and doesn't keep distracting him. Vitale is the problem that needs to be sent down the road.

Watched and listened to the Edmonton feed
and it was far and away better than the home.

No Vitale or kermit, what a relief.
That has got to change because its really bad.

Same here and loved it. I find myself listening to all of the opponents feeds now cause I just cant do the Kerbs/Vitale schtick.

Tampa Blues; I'm in Texas and saw the entire game on ESPN + thankfully. It was not the 1st game or sport show listed so I did need to move he cursor over a handful of boxes to get this game. Maybe you just did not see it.

No game on ESPN+ Wed as it is on the TNT or Tru network vs the Capitals.

Russ I came home to watch the game on demand because I missed it, I didn’t see it last night but today it is on there not sure what happened

Kerber is less bad but still gets sidetracked. Too many times a team is attacking and they are in the middle of some useless story so they are way behind the play. Kelly was occasionally behind the play a little but this is much worse.

So watching this game and the blues finally and I mean finally looked like last year’s team… now the question is are the blues back?? I certainly hope so… now is this game the springboard to a winning streak? Again I hope so… man that Dvorsky goal the goaltender didn’t even react until after it was in the back of the net pretty impressive

FWIW Monty sounded pretty confident, said they've been building up to this level over the past three games.

During that stretch HUGE holes at center have been plugged to the point where the top-3 centers were the most impactful players on the ice last night (up against McDavid and Draisaitl), and that no longer includes Schenn (except for backfill?). It was a team effort to be sure but what has been a gaping hole now projects to be a strength, viable productive and defensively capable anchors for all the lines. Schenn and Sunny now provide depth down the middle. The Blues are finally in good shape at center as long as they don't lose RT again.

Get rid of them stupid baby blue jerseys...Whites are fine.
