The Colorado's of the world can light it up but even they have to have 4 good lines to go deep in play offs, most all of the better teams the same.
For a lot of us we were hoping the 4 lines of this team could be an advantage and give them a shot to be competitive.
Blues top six remain lost but the bottom six are (mostly) in the same boat....they absolutely have to climb out as a TEAM if they want to be in the hunt this year....and all of this with the goal tending where it is.
This is a huge ask to make ....but this is where they put themselves. The talent is there but man they have to get their head out.

Playoffs…for what?
To get obliterated by the Avs? Then get a lower 1st?
Yay!

I'm a Math person and agree this is already concerning. The good news is that the Blues played better the last 2 games. But they need to start winning games and accumulating points immediately. As long as Thomas is out, it's going to be a challenge offensively. Any update on him? I don't know what to make of losing streak overall. It's not all on the goaltending. The team defensive has not been cohesive and giving up way too many grade A chances. You can look across the board at players struggling. Has there been a defensive structure change? Could there be a clubhouse issue? There is talent on the roster. It would be a shame to be out of playoff contention 25 games into the season if things don't improve soon.MiamiLaw wrote: ↑02 Nov 2025 16:39 pmIt’s doable but .600 would be like barely scraping in (with no guarantee it’d be enough) even at this pointFrank Underwood wrote: ↑02 Nov 2025 09:34 amI think it is definitely doable……but they need to start winning soon. Otherwise, they’ll find themselves staring at needing something unrealistic like a .675 or .700 winning percentage to have a chance.
