Kyrou choking again when it matters most
How many times has he missed a wide open net late in 3rd periods? He misses the net more than he puts shots on goal

Yep. I usually blame a losing streak on the guy with the most points too.

Honestly, has he ever scored a clutch goal? Seems like most of his points come in lopsided games, wether we are ahead or trailing

But but but he can score useless goals in garbage time to make our losses 5-2 instead of 5-1.

Not that I remember. The Winter Classic game maybe. Wasn't clutch, just 2 goals to help them win.

Kyrou needs to bring the toe drag back, remember when he started in the NHL it was a given he toe drag at least once a game. The irony of his toe drag was god awful.ZouMiz2424 wrote: ↑01 Nov 2025 20:44 pmHonestly, has he ever scored a clutch goal? Just here to say I hate Kyrou (the player nothing personal).

Crazy Place.
I don't know if he does miss opportunities. Clearly they all have since we are losing all the time. But if so. I wonder how he keeps getting to the right spot. And if he could teach that to others.

Re: Kyrou choking again when it matters most
Kyrou currently has just three notable shots: a wrist shot to the top left, a wrist shot to the top right, and a “Blind Mary” one-timer that connects with the net about 50% of the time.
I’d encourage everyone to remain patient with Kyrou — historically, he tends to find his stride in the final stretch of the season. It’s always surprising how he manages to elevate his play so significantly in those last 20 games, but that late surge consistently seems to come.
