Yup. I am rooting TOR tonight just so it's over. Well that and hey it's the Dodgers and nobody wants to see them repeat.rockondlouie wrote: ↑31 Oct 2025 08:41 am Thx for sharing!
How great is it having a young, energetic POBO who's actually got a PLAN to turn this franchise around?
Can't wait to see what he has planned in the months following the World Series.

What pitching did Bloom get for the Sox via the draft?

CT narrative:
Sox brought in young Bloom so they could scapegoat him for ALL poor baseball decisions made within a 15yr period. He is in NO WAY responsible!!!

Most high strikeout pitchers end up in the bullpen because they also walk a lot of batters and their pitch count gets too high to be a starting pitcher.

That’s my concern. Is he just going to turn the Cardinals into a farm team for the big boys?bccardsfan wrote: ↑31 Oct 2025 09:06 am He still has the same manager and pitching coach... sigh. BDW has given him funds to continue to improve the development system. The question is will he let the MLB payroll get back up to 180+M?
Look at Baltimore. They hoarded all the young prospect talent in the world and were last place this year.
You have a suppliment with the right proven vets and you have to spend aggressively in the right places to get them.

If Liam Doyle is the ultimate prize it sure took a lot of losing and way too much patience to replace Ryan Helsley.ScotchMIrish wrote: ↑01 Nov 2025 09:02 am Most high strikeout pitchers end up in the bullpen because they also walk a lot of batters and their pitch count gets too high to be a starting pitcher.
