Re: Dvorksy recalled
I said this was going to happen well before Christmas. He isn't going to step in and look like rookie of the year. but he will begin getting the NHL reps en route to a critical career for this franchise
Re: Dvorksy recalled
Very good news.
Re: Dvorksy recalled
Hope to see him do well tomorrow night.
Re: Dvorksy recalled
Well I'm happy to see this I take it this means he is in the powers to be minds ready to do this.
Re: Dvorksy recalled
Good to see. They really need him to show some flashes on what he can bring. There is not a lot of good stuff going right now so this would really help.
Re: Dvorksy recalled
Where do you think they slot him? I am thinking 2c or 3c

Happy for him.
Hopefully does well and gets a little leash and doesn't stunt his growth.

3d line is the obvious guess. They want him taking NHL faceoffs and to be an NHL center. Lindstein may be up by Christmas the way he is playing also

Dvorsky is an enigmatic player for me but here's his chance. Im skeptical that he can move well enough for an effective NHLer but i mean that in maybe more of a mental circumstance that probably makes no sense. Lets see what happens, he can be an immediate factor on the PP, actually making tape-to-tape passes

I see a player thinking his positioning all over the ice, but I also know from having seen it, that once he is confident, he is a lot more assertive in pouncing from being well positioned. Reps/time make you confident, and he knows what to do.Harry S Deals wrote: ↑29 Oct 2025 11:36 am Dvorsky is an enigmatic player for me but here's his chance. Likely center...just thinking they might want to simplify things for him. Goes to wondering how close this decision was to bring him up.seattleblue wrote: ↑29 Oct 2025 11:33 am 3d line is the obvious guess. They want him taking NHL faceoffs and to be an NHL center. looks like Texier was waived. Tough day for him after probably his best outing. But the Blues are having issues in 2 areas now that Thomas is out. They were getting dominated on the dot yesterday, and goalie play is bad. Dvorsky can't do any worse than the 0 production that Texier was at and can help out in the dot.dhsux wrote: ↑29 Oct 2025 11:53 amLikely center...just thinking they might want to simplify things for him. Honestly, this won't be a popular opinion here, but Walker needs a rest for a few days. He's getting overexposed at times because we are relying too much on him. He's at his best as a wing not the 4th line center. This could help that to balance out the 3rd and 4th line better. If schenn and Suter have to take 1-2 and Dvorsky takes 3, Sunny can go 4 and make that a proper line.

It’s a start now if we can bring up Lindstein and Kasimaki and waive Joseph and Sundqvist, we’ll be on to something.callitwhatyouwant wrote: ↑29 Oct 2025 11:57 amlooks like Texier was waived.
