Tommy Lock (Drew Lock's nephew), in his 5th season, got his first snaps earlier this season. Backing him is Brett Brown, redshirt junior with 0 career snaps. We're on thin ice.

It doesn’t matter much who the backup is. We have gone through Horn and Pribula. If Zollers goes down and you have to go to the fourth QB then that’s a whole lot to overcome. It’s tough being on our third QB but you hope that Zollers was maybe misjudged some. His second half was impressive enough. Gives us some hope.

It makes me reflective and wonder if this is the start of a Kurt Warner-storybook career. It all started with Zoellers almost tying the game yesterday when everything was against us. One yard short. Zoellers, Jules Jones, Oglubode, our young stud RB's. Also, I wonder if it will be the norm going forward to play 2-3 QB's in the SEC.

Zero snaps from the 5-7 stringers is the average for SEC teams. Probably the Big 10 as well.
