No spoilers from me

But…

I’m going to be the wet blanket and say I absolutely couldn’t have been more disappointed in this movie. Was so excited for it and the third act was just abysmal. It was clear to me that the writer/director (Cregger I think his name is) came up with a great premise of the kids disappearing (it’s in the trailer, again no spoilers) but then had no idea how to get there. So silly. Definitely a hard no from me…and yes, I very much realize I’m in the minority.

Thanks for this recommendation. I’ve been looking for a film to watch. But I’m gonna warn you, Dick. I’m gonna download it and watch it on a small screen.

People kept raving about this, not sure why, I didn’t really know what it was about, only having seen the frame of Wong with the crazy face.

Mediocre. It was shot well, I’ll give you that, but no development, backstory, or meaningful conclusion. An evil witch who abducts kids to keep living. Like that hasn’t been done before. It was a good commercial for Campbell’s soup, though.

This film definitely loved face stabbing. Forks, needles, yum, yum, yum.

Also, why was she in the woods at the junkie’s tent?

There were some interesting elements for sure, but I like things that tell you why. This certainly didn’t do that. I guess maybe that’s the point, but then I can imagine she’s a character from Game of Thrones who Wong portaled theough the Multiverse.
