Anyone out there expecting wild success from Army's "5 x 8 million" generals? Speak up please.
I can proudly state that during my career when I encountered employees with your impact on the group dynamic I promptly fired them.
I can proudly state that during my career when I encountered employees that liked to gossip on the job, and talk/worry about the people next to them instead of doing their job, I just stayed away from them. Worked every time.
