Danny Mac is a repeat dui offender condescending P[ositively] O[bnoxious] S[impleton]. He deserved to be cancelled years ago....blues have looked like a team trying to find their rhythm after a few off season changes and a rookie who is expected to make an impact

The poster said REPEAT offender. That was the real issue with McLaughlin. There you go again, twisting the sender's message. You are wrong about Kappenen and MacTavish. You've also made nasty comments about Ramage...I'm surprised you haven't included Pelle Lindbergh in your sick posts.
You are a very bad person.

Pelle Lindbergh was a Philadelphia Flyer. You have to remember that princess is only here to troll Blues fans….nothing else.Old_Goat wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 08:18 amThe poster said REPEAT offender. It explains the majority of his outlandish lies. Princess claims to not live here, is obviously not a fan, and yet has made almost 4,900 posts on here in 18 months. Princess provides a great example on how to pi55 a life away….

Right. This was a little different. It was the conference room gas chamber treatment, and the real beauty of it was that it made Kelly look bad, not the Blues.
The Blues wanted to make it look like Kelly "retired with no notice to the fans, left without even saying goodbye".
Kelly wouldn't stand for that, so he got another job.
Kelly was like that. He was always good at calling the score.

They said they were not renewing his contract and were going to a simulcast and thanked him for his years of service.

I did not say that the Blues said that. I said that they said little and let people guess at what went down. The one thing that the Blues did say is that the Blues had very little say on the matter, which was a lie.TheJackBurton wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 11:35 amAt no time did they say or even hint at that.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 08:46 amRight. Tom Stillman made a full statement, and the Blues themselves thanked him, said they'd be celebrating his service this season, and would be going to a simulcast.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 12:10 pmI did not say that the Blues said that. The reasons as to why they went this route ever needed to be public information.

The team stated it was a mutual decision with the broadcaster, part of a strategy to shift to a single simulcast radio and TV broadcast using the existing radio team.TheJackBurton wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 12:41 pmTom Stillman made a full statement, and the Blues themselves thanked him, said they'd be celebrating his service this season, and would be going to a simulcast.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 12:10 pmI did not say that the Blues said that. Re: Cards have sucked since they fired Danny Mac, Blues looking bad since firing Kelly
Look at the threads here on BluesTalk. Based on the small amount of information that was provided from the Blues when it happened, at least 1/2 the BluesTalkers believed/assumed that Kelly wanted to retire. Very few people believed that the Blues fired him.Bubble4427 wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 15:29 pmAgain, you are lying.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 14:56 pmThe team stated it was a mutual decision with the broadcaster, part of a strategy to shift to a single simulcast radio and TV broadcast using the existing radio team.TheJackBurton wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 12:41 pmTom Stillman made a full statement, and the Blues themselves thanked him, said they'd be celebrating his service this season, and would be going to a simulcast.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑22 Oct 2025 12:10 pmI did not say that the Blues said that. In this article, Kelly even acknowledges that.

The Blues only came clean about their part in it when pressed to do so.
The Blues first angle was to push Kelly out AND NOT TAKE THE BLAME FOR IT. They just wanted rumors to write the history book.
