Arizona Fall League (10/17) ~ Chen-Wei Lin start 2.0

Post by craviduce »

Perhaps his best outing...actually, it was his best outing of 2025. Lin was nearly unhittable, and he was highly efficient with his 40 pitch limit....he went 3 2/3 IP on 37 pitches. Allowed 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 5 K.

---------

Honeyman broke more glass from his glass frame yesterday...removed from the game last night after a HBP, removed a batter later. He's on the bench today.

He can't string together a significant amount of games (20 games min.) for the life of him....breaking down. Another bad early round Flores pick...

Darlin Saladin added to the Best in League BP representatives by the Cards org.....1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 K.

Clemente is the only Cardinal with a blemish on his record...2 Runs..... Bradt, Saladin, Carpernter join Lin with zero runs allowed in AFL.

This seems like an unnecessary shot. He got hit in the knee. Guys usually don't play everyday in the AFL anyways.

Honeymoon has been oft injured. But I'm not ready to call him a bust just yet.
