Holloway with a nice move around 3 sticks at the Blue line there. Lead to a nice play at the net.

Why couldn't they play like this against the inexperienced/hapless hawks?

This is why it is going to be a long season. You right they should have manhandled them, but they took it for granted. Monty shakes up the lines and now Kyrou playing out of his (donkey), Buch is actually skating and doing something, and Binner is focused. I feel bad for Monty, has such a bipolar team.

I have a feeling the stars are taking us too lightly, like how the blues play down to the other team's record.

I hope that's not the case and the blues have put the last two home games behind them but we'll see, I guess

I believe the announcers mentioned that the Stars are 8-1-1 against the Blues in the last 10 games. I can see how a team can get into a comfort zone and give one away. That said, the Stars haven't played poorly. A bounce here and there, or a PPG there rather than here and the score could be the other way around.

Agree, and you know what they say about a 2 goal lead...

And Kyrou should be in the top 3. He's played very well tonight.

8 million dollar winger demoted to the 3rd line, you better play very well.
