A lot of what we do this year will depend on what we get out of our 2C.
I don't know that Suter is it. But to be fair. I don't think offense has been his number one duty with the team. Hopefully he shows something different with his new title and mates.
Schenn on the third was Sooo last year. But I don't think we should weaken our top six. With Kyrou on it. So we can claim a offensive threat from the third line.
What Joseph adds with his speed and hard work. He takes away from Kyrou. By not thinking the game at the same level.
Kyrou needs to be on the top line with Thomas and Holloway.
The Fourth line has been [shirt]. Maybe a break since toros out. I don't know that Bugs will ever look good on it and if we are playing both Joe and Tex. Joe would be the fourth line pick.
Schenn was a 50 pt center last year. Thomas had 80 ish, Schenning had 50 that's adequate for an NHL 1C and 2C. It seems like it's more of the mix of players vs whether Schenn is or isn't a 2C
Schenn was a 50pt c because he was playing with a red hot Hollowy and Kyrou playing well. I don't expect much from him without those two propping up his points.
When the team was rolling last year they had 3 lines teams had to worry about scoring. So far this year it looks like 1-2 lines tto focus on.
Just got here, looks like the audio in my feed is ahead of the video. No worries though, as the singer in my band got me some Torn Label Alpha Pale Ale, so everything will sync up by the end of this one.
i don't know what the normal progression is for a rookie. But it's clear snuggy has the goods. he might be the most clever player we have when you combine shot and pass. thomas has always been a great passer. but snuggs seems to see both options just missing the execution by a hair which signals to me nhl speed and that's it.
