Next question?
Buchnevich has goals in 2 of his 27 playoff games.

Is that good?

While also being a generally low IQ player. He’s got decent raw skill but I take Kyrou every day and twice on Sunday over Buchnevich

Buchnevich is an emotional mess as well. Guys know they can throw him off.

He’s done some gutless things as well. Look forward to an era without him.

2 games with a goal in 27 playing next to Thomas/STL for 19 of those games. Horrible

I really think Kyrou was banking being out of STL this year. He wanted it. Hope he can step up and get his head straight

That, in my opinion, is a foolish choice in any playoff series.

Since they have both been on the Blues, Buch has 4 goals and assisted on 15 others in those 19 Stanley Cup Playoff Games.
19 points and a -2 in 19 games

Kyrou has 10 goals and assisted on 2 others in those same 19 Stanley Cup Playoff Games
12 points and a -8 in 19 games.

AS mentioned, Kyrou has never led the Blues in scoring - or even in goal scoring- in any playoff season he has appeared in.

It’s a simple question. Is 2 games with a goal out of 27 good for a guy on a scoring line.

That fact you can’t even admit that is terrible speaks to your bias.

Buchnevich is on the top line playing with the best C getting more minutes.

You expect otherwise? Jesus

Honestly I don’t really love either of them but Kyrou has the better skill set if I have to choose.

Buch had that one game vs. WPG where he was very good at the beginning of the game but otherwise his playoff performance have been nothing at all to write home about

Bashing Walker to try to prove a point.

I'll let that speak for itself.

Buchnevich is averaging 1.89 shots per game next to Thomas in his playoff history as a Blue.

Just think about that

Your take is too sour.

I was praising Walker- didnt he lead the team in plus minus as well as in goals?

If you paid attention, I was answering netboy's query "Why doesn't everyone score goals like Kyrou".
Nathan Walker surely did and was far more valuable... only four months ago.

The guy will shoot when he should’ve passed and pass when he should’ve shot (with a high preference to telegraph a pass) 9/10 times. He’s just does not see the ice well at all and it frustrates me to no end.

I also agree with you that his emotions betray him a ton and the league knows it

Buchy would skate through a brick wall to assist on a goal. Maybe that is what you consider "Low-IQ"

You’re so biased that you can’t even admit how bad 1.89 shots per game and goals in 2 of 27 games are for a top line player lol.

He’s got decent work ethic I agree but he rarely uses it effectively. Low iq (hockey wise) is more about not seeing the ice from the Birds Eye when you’re down there. You can work your (bleep) off but if you pass to a dmans skate when you had a clear path to the net - or perhaps ice the puck when you’ve got all day - your efforts mean nothing
