Yep. It's going to take some time, but you can see the boys finding some on-ice chemistry.DawgDad wrote: ↑13 Oct 2025 21:21 pm Entertaining game, lots of energy, strong forecheck, good disciplined structure and zone play. Snuggs has quite a pair of hands. Blues still have several explosive weapons that haven't gone off yet. Of note, Holloway played almost 20 minutes, Faulk 24. Really starting to gel.

How did Schenn get a goal and an assist and end up with a -1 +/- when the Canucks only scored two goals. Can a player get a goal and an assist on the same goal?

He was on the ice for a short-handed goal and a 5 on5 goal, both count as a minus. He also got his assist on a PP, which doesn't count.

Right. It's just a matter of time for Holloway and Kyrou. Holloway may not play 3 consecutive quieter games the rest of the year. Plus, Kyrou and Buch will get going at some point. You can add in Broberg, Parayko and Fowler as far as guys who will chip in more on offense.
Re: GDT: Blues at Nucks 6:30 FanDuel
The Blues defensemen collectively had no goals and ONE assist, yet the Blues scored five goals. Lots of forwards with assists. That seems odd (not bad), given the Blues focus on offensive engagement of the defensemen.

Maybe it’s been mentioned earlier in the game day thread so I don’t want to be redundant but I think the uniforms look great. The numbers look a little bigger, the bluenote looks a little bigger and the yellow trim just pops. I like them a lot.

Agree, I like the road uniforms. I still like dark blue better than the new color for home uniforms, it is a bolder, meaner look.Whatashame wrote: ↑13 Oct 2025 22:36 pm Maybe it’s been mentioned earlier in the game day thread so I don’t want to be redundant but I think the uniforms look great. Kraps, I got that wrong. I was thinking...Carl Spackler! And yes, the road whites look great.

Definitely like the D pairings the last two games, not sure why they didn’t start the season that way
