Same here. It's not likely to happen but I would love it - also because neither of these franchises have ever won a WS.

and Brewers have been in just one .. 1982 and lost . can't remember which NL team beat them .. anyone on CT remember ? think it wasn't one of the big market teams

Exactly. It's this simple: Large market teams have more fans so viewership will be higher.
