Weird game. A rarity when Blues are leading in shots (though lots right in the breadbasket which isn't going to score many). Not Binners best game. Score is really misleading for the effort. Some weird bounces and missed calls. But the Wild look like a force to be reckoned with this year.

There's young pieces here that seem to be overvalued by the organization, namely Maillioux, Neighbours & Snuggerud. But overall, think it's a pretty solid roster still.

Has the Minn goalie needed to make any difficult saves yet? I don’t think so.

Binnington has not been too great but also some bad bounces. I think the most blame needs to go for poor defense. Thoughts on blame for this debacle ?

For me, it was really refreshing to see Buium in the lineup tonight. He is Jiricek's NHL draft twin. If we had a good GM, Buium would be on our team, and Jiricek would be eating ice cream in OHL towns across Eastern Canada on somebody else's watch.

There was some positive tonight though. I hear Jiricek had 2 DQ hamburger's tonight. Based on last year's trend, that means he gained 0.1325 pounds, and he is now 672.3 days away from the NHL ice.

The D was sloppy. Binny wasn't great. The offense didn't show up at all tonight. They can barely get the puck down the ice.

The only Blues without a minus are Walker, Suter, Broberg, and Faulk.

Have to cut down the mistakes, big ones and little ones. Forechecking effort was there.

Watched quite a bit of the Flames-Oilers game yesterday, Blues are going to get smoked again if they don't tighten it up.
