Which former cardinal are you rooting for this postseason?
Tigers: Jack Flaherty
Dodgers: Tommy Edman
Yankees: Paul Goldschmidt & Luke Weaver
Mariners: Randy Arozarena
Cubs: Carson Kelly & Andrew Kittredge
Phillies: Harrison Bader & Edmundo Sosa
Brewers: Jose Quintana
As much as I hate the Yankee I would love to see Goldschmidt get a ring

Not rooting for any player, but i am rooting for the Brewers, so I guess that by default means Quintana
I like both Edman and Goldy but will NEVER root for their teams.

Once they leave town, I don't care.

I would like to see Goldy do well, but I want the Yankees to lose to Toronto.

I would put my money on Arozarena or Kelly.

Looks like we should've just kept Bader. Light hitting, great D at CF. We got that from Scott/ Church this year and Siani last year.... Lol!! I'm kidding but what's the difference honestly?

Been rooting for Arozarena since he was a Memphis Redbird.

You might be just kidding, but so far Bader is a much better hitter. Now, that might not be saying much, but it’s true.slimjay63801 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025 09:53 am Looks like we should've just kept Bader. Light hitting, great D at CF. Tommy and Jack - I'd love a Dodger/Tigers World Series

Guess I’m different. When any of them are playing I find myself rooting for them. Maybe because, with the Cards not in the playoffs, I am not rooting for or against any of these teams. (That seems to change as the playoffs narrow — I end up liking one of the finalists or semi-finalists and then rooting for that team, and at that time against former Cardinal who are playing against that team.). Clearly I’ve had too much practice at watching Cardinals-free playoff baseball.

Difference, the $20M he's earned since leaving here slimJ vs league minimums for Sinai/Scott/Church!slimjay63801 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025 09:53 am Looks like we should've just kept Bader.
