Roycroft is the poster child for Mo being the smartest guy in the room……. He is the only person on the planet that thinks this guy is a major league. Pitcher.
Miles ONLY gave up 4 runs in Chitown????
I understand that it doesn’t matter but why any sane manager would pitch him there is one of the mysteries of the universe

Look at today's lineup and our starting pitcher, did anyone really think we had any chance of winning?
Well, to be fair, The Lizard King only gave up half as many homers today as he did the last time he pitched in Wrigley. That's some solid improvement. I hope Moe noticed.

What do the Cubs think we they’ve seen Miles listed as the SP coming into Wrigley these last few years……amazing

Crooks, .081! Fits right in. How in the he'** do you hit .081?
And still play on a major league team. But half the fans are thrilled to see the kids play, even though they belong on a A team, maybe. Whole roster sucks.

Pretty sad stuff .... not 'this loss will make us miss the playoffs' sad ... but 12-1 is sad no matter the circumstances.
Can the Cards just waive a white flag and forfeit the last two games?
Oli just wanted to make the Pyth look better for his apologists on CT.
