We already know that Army is the GOAT GM of the Blues. What does it take for Army to be the GOAT GM of the 2000's ERA? If a hypothetical lord stanley happened this year, it has to be automatic right? If this team gets to the WCF, That is where I start debating it personally.
What do you guys think. What number should be raised in the rafters in honor of Army 10 years from now? 19 for 2019? JBo was the last one to wear that one. Could be a fitting 1-2 honor.
Army GOAT?

A bit unbecoming to raise a number for the (then) sitting team President?
Blues HOF for sure. An Olympic win might seal the deal for HHOF.

Re: Army GOAT?
This is such a great question. Nearly all of us realize what a great GM Army has been for the Blues, and how his overall career stacks up against other NHL GM's. But there are so many factors that come into play when grading a GM (vs a player or coach), some which are completely out of the hands of the GM, yet they get "graded" on them.
In my opinion he's the best GM the Blues have ever had. And objectively ranks among the 10 or 15 best GM's in NHL history, especially when you factor in his non-NHL accomplishments. I do feel he goes into the NHL Hall of Fame at some point after his GM days are over.

Wait until he's dead.
