I believe there's a solution to "unlock" Jordan Walker's potential, and it's someone the team should have kept on staff years ago: Matt Holliday.
Just as he did in late 2022 with Cody Bellinger, Holliday has a unique ability to connect with players and improve their hitting approach. After working with Holliday, Bellinger's performance surged from a .210 batting average, 19 HR, and a .654 OPS to a remarkable .307 BA, 26 HR, and a .881 OPS in the following season.
I believe Holliday could do the same for Jordan Walker. If anyone can get him back on track, it's him. If this doesn't work, then it's time to move on.
