They've soiled the bowl again
Re: .500 season?
Just checking, you’ve been calling the cards a AAA team for the last 2+ months, right?
It doesn’t matter if they win 78 games or 82 games. And as long as the cards have been starting Pallante and Miko for the last three months, I don’t think it matters to them either…

You really know how to move the goal posts to suit your agenda. Yes, we have been watching a AAA team.ecleme22 wrote: ↑21 Sep 2025 16:05 pmJust checking, you’ve been calling the cards a AAA team for the last 2+ months, right?

Re: .500 season?
This has been (another) tough year to be a fan, but c’mon, AAA? Do you think a AAA team could go .500 in MLB?
That sounds like the guys about ten years ago who said Alabama could play in the NFL.

Re: .500 season?
Mo is fascinated by a .500 record. He and his fan club can crow about another non-losing season. A pathetically low bar.ramfandan wrote: ↑21 Sep 2025 11:13 am What is the fascination with a .500 record ? 81-81 compared to 77- 85 is nearly the same type club. I know for 77-85 it's a losing season and teh 81-81 fans can say 'at least we didn't have a losing year ' . To me, the teams are about the same .. not too good .

We were .500 when we traded away the bullpen. Perhaps the prospects and internation signing money will pay dividends.
