...Useless stat...Cards have played 13 games where opposition scored 10 runs or more. They did not win any of those games. However, they DID win 7 of the following games (including tonight), and lost only 6. So the Cards play .538 percentage following games where the opposition scores 10 or more runs. Their season W/L percentage is .487 after tonight's win.

So, the Cards play better the next game after losing when the opposition scores 10 or more runs. That's crazy. Someone in the media should ask Oli about that in a post-game presser and have him explain it...
