Gastelum, 23, posted a 2.93 ERA, 4 saves, 0.85 WHIP, and 22 SO across 10 relief appearances; ranking first in SV, SO, and SO/BB ratio (7.33) among #STLCards minor league relievers.

Signed as a International free-agent out of Mexico in 2023, Gastelum owns a 2.82 ERA, 0.86 WHIP and 71-10 SO/BB ratio since May 15 and is currently riding a 13.0 inning scoreless streak.

Our Minor League Player of the Month is OF Joshua Baez!

Baez, 22, slashed .293/.389/.507 with 5 HR, 14 RBI, 38 TB and 7 SB in 22 games with Springfield, helping lead the Double-A Cardinals to a 17-10 August record.

Currently ranked as the team's 9th-best prospect, Baez is just the second #STLCards minor league since 2005 to amass 40+ XBH and 50+ SB in a single season.

Top 100 prospects for the Dodgers in tonight's Drillers' lineup :

Zyhir Hope ~ 19th
Joseu De Paula ~ 12th (not in the lineup, has been in and out of lineups since July with knee ailment)


Jackson Ferris and James Tibbs aren't ranked in the Top 100, but they're 6th and 8th in the Dodgers System. Tibbs was briefly ranked in the Top 100 entering this season ; Drafted 13th overall in 2024 draft by the Giants. Traded to the Red Sox in the Devers trade, and then Traded this July for Dustin May to the Dodgers

Tulsa has been one of the best teams in the league since late July. They took 4 of 6 games vs. Springfield a few weeks back.
