New Low: Cards on verge of being swept in back-to-back series

Miles vs Quintana
Doesn't look good.
No more Winn.
Demoralized team.
Good chance this happens.
When did they last get swept back-to-back?

The crazy thing is the Cardinals had a chance to win each game in Seattle and the first two in Milwaukee. Don’t get me wrong, they deserved to lose each and every game in Seattle and both in Milwaukee. They don’t catch the ball very well, the pitching has sucked and they struggled manufacturing anything on offense. No strike zone recognition. Too many poor ABs in run producing situations.

If this team was playing fundamentally sound baseball they could have won at least a couple of these games but they are the champs at figuring out how to lose a game, last night being a prime example.

One loss short of matching their worst losing streak of the year which, ironically, was broken by a win at Milwaukee.

The rare, eight-run outburst and we hang an “L.”
The team has the unfortunate potential for losing out.

thanks MO for this team of "can't do this, can't do that, can't do that either".

Add the fact this team gave away the game so the Brewers could clinch a playoff spot against them, this season is what MO RAN and Marmot + his Blake could ever hope to produce. DUNG.
