NL Central Division

In the last 10 games every team is 5 - 5. A simple reason why it is so difficult to gain ground in the standings.

First you must win. No win no gain. Second, they must lose. No loss no gain. Then they must do these things in the same day. Soon a day becomes a week, a week a month.

Flipside. A team playing well could gain on the entire division
