Prediction Thread KU / MU

Post by dhsux »

C'mon now.....it's been years people.......but no one has forgotten.

I hear all the rave about KU and their offense........the upset in the making...........time to put it all down for the record.

I think this game will have a lot of points put up on the board but in the end it will be the Missouri defense that makes the ultimate difference.

37-24 Missouri

And if you don't have the inclination or the chutzpah to put up a prediction pls just don't say anything about anything or anybody who does.

Tigers 35-13

I hate Kansas. They way they boo hoo'ed when we escaped the big 12 was shameful. Then, like babies, they refused to play us.

Go Tigers!!! Rip them to nothing. Then spit out the feathers.

This is one of the games I am most excited to watch as it is great to renew the rivalry. Being at the game would be a blast, but have a work commitment so will have to stream this one.

This feels like it could be a close one but chalk one up for the tigers 31-27.

Tough call. I haven't seen a leipold coached team. They do have new a OC and new DC. Mizzou has shown O-line problems and the D-line has, IMO, underperformed. If Mizzou 's running game is solid it will open the pass game for Pribula. If the D can harass their QB then

Not sure where all these "O line problems" are coming from. We had one guy from Georgia who is playing a new position and gave up one sack. He's a potential All-American so I'm guessing he'll figure it out. Hardy ran for over 100 yards in limited duty.

Anyway, we'll see Saturday.

A discussion of the O-line issues here: (keep in mind the opponent was Central Arkansas)

You can't wait and see something that is being perceived as a negative now.

And just forget about giving them any credit for those TWO, 99 yard, TD drives.

But a sportswriter for the Tribune said we have O line problems so it must be true.

And, it was Central Arkansas.

We're doomed.

Well, it's not just a writer from the Trib.

So, you can play Pollyanna and ignore a less than ideal performance against, arguably, the worst team Mizzou will face all season and believe a National Championship is right around the corner, or you can
look at things realistically and hope the coaching staff has things in hand.

Something like Hardy having 100 yards is seen as positive, so that's what we have to wait and see if it's something he can do consistently.

Here's something from another outlet.

"All in all, the Tigers’ offensive line woes in the first game were not disastrous. They allowed a total of five pressures and one sack, none of which resulted in problems moving the ball offensively. The Tigers finished with 61 points, 560 total yards and seven touchdowns, after all, so the offense was unbothered on the whole." Rock M Nation

Make a prediction for a score. Otherwise, this is just you, a troll, on a Mizzou forum harassing Mizzou fans AGAIN.

It’s a free country, you have a right to post on here. Just know you are worthless and sad that you spend this much time contributing nothing but typing so much.

Here’s mine:
Mizzou - 36
KU - 27

KU’s QB is a problem and keeps them in it. But ultimately we’re just too much. The home crowd makes them cry by end of the game.
