Nice. So Walker absolutely sucks, doesn’t care, and won’t take advice?

Just trade him to CLE or TB and be done with him

They're talking about it a lot on the Reddit GDT. But here's today's interview, fast forward to 10:30 for the Walker discussion.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7mlsSm ... annel=KMOX

Bernie also asks about why they're the worst in MLB at hitting fastballs, especially 95mph+ after the Walker talk.

Great discussion.

Do we really need to be told Walker isn't taking coaching advice? Look at his position in the box.

One might think that his position in the box would allow
him to think it to be impossible to reach the pitches in the LH box,
sadly, not yet.

Crav, not like you to be that way already on Church.

With the current roster, this might be the best defense
to chase the baseballs all over the park that Miles has the ability
to provide.

Not heard any negatives about his work ethic.
Nor I. It wasn't exactly about his work ethic but rather sounded as though he's being stubborn about what "he" wants to work on, rather than what the coaches are saying he should be working on.
I can't remember who the reporter was, but that was reported on at least two occasions over the past year to 18 months. On one of those times he (Walker) made the comment that he was taking his instructions from Winn and other AAA teammates because he "trusted" them more since they knew his swing...

they're redundant pieces...just like last year...they should never be playing together.

Probably true.

At this point who else goes out there and might as well let them begin the competition
for roster spots for CF and the rest. Not sure Nootbaar can't be replaced by Church yet either.

at this point, you're right...injuries, and they know what they have with Walker...I don't think he needs anymore AB's

I'm just flustered at the fast, LHB that can't hit....I wish Church was RHB....make it easier to stomach.

At least they both play great Defense walker doesn’t hit and isn’t great on defense so I would rather see those two than walker
