I have a daughter who is a freshman at Mizzou and paid the activity fee for sporting events and was very excited to go to the football games. She and most in her dorm were shut out from buying tickets for this weekend. I dont think one adult should be let in the stadium until every student at Mizzou who wants to go to the game has the opportunity to buy a ticket. The MU / Ku rivalry dies here as the new generation have been shut out for greed.
It appears that in the SEC there are not only not many actual students on the field but also the stands.

I agree that students should be able to get non-season tickets. I'm a little confused about your daughter's situation. The Activity Fee is mandatory, and for an extra $200 they can get the Zou Pass, which is supposed to provide access to tickets to all football, b-ball, etc. Did she get the Zou Pass and then get denied?mike laga wrote: ↑02 Sep 2025 10:23 am I have a daughter who is a freshman at Mizzou and paid the activity fee for sporting events and was very excited to go to the football games. What? PAY for tickets? The nerve…
Re: Student tickets
yes zou pass is what she has. Paid the xtra fee so she would be able to get an opportunity to buy football tix.
If that is how big time college football works then don't stiff the parents for an additional fee and just stiff the students for free.

Re: Student tickets
Well she should definitely get tickets for #16 Mizzou volleyball vs #6 Stanford, Tuesday 9/9 @ 8:30 pm. It's the Tigers' home opener. Likely to sell out.
