For those of you who are knowledgeable in pitching mechanics- would you raise Pallante arm or keep it more aligned with his shoulder on the wind up?

He significantly extends his arm below or behind his hip which seems to create issues with his consistency. Lots of motion complexity.

I would simplify his mechanics but I am by no means an expert on pitching mechanics.

Reds feed basically said the same thing. Every pitch looks like he's gearing up to launch a catapult. He's got plenty of velocity and action on his pitches. It's just everything is up and over the plate this season.

He could afford to sacrifice some velocity for control to be sure.

Just excuse after excuse (good location on slider, good vertical movement, controlling his fastball better.....) when any fan w/a pair of eye's knows Pallante is toast.

He better not be in the 2026 SR, hope Bloom DFA's him next spring.
