Another open date Saturday night, in June
Out of town on all holidays
No Central Division home games in September
15 road games in September, only 9 home games

They should have saved that stupid schedule for 2027 when there won’t be a season

I hate interleague play. Opening the season this year with the listless Twins and Angels at home was a real buzz kill.

Even up the teams in each league and get rid of interleague play. Like that's going to happen.

the 20th is World Cup game in Kansas City....

no baseball that day for the Cards/KC

THAT would be a nightmare to have both played at the same time.

Yes, Cardinals requested day off to honor WC(World Cup) that day.
MLB agreeed thinking WC was for Willson Contreras celebration.

Don't bother taking a Weeknd trip from STL to KC to watch baseball. You'll never get a hotel.

If you are already going for the World Cup you can see baseball on other days.

Great schedule!
Cards play 12 of first 18 games at home.
Can jump out to ‘hot’ start in cool/cold weather.
Guaranteed no 90-100 degree temps.
Give aways will be hooded sweatshirts, ski caps, gloves,
Earmuffs, etc
Only time of year that day games, fans will demand seats in the sunshine.

Cards pro shop run 20% discount on Cardinal quilted lined team jackets .
