That is unfair.
Many of us are disgusted with the FO organization, but still love the team.
Big difference, Cranny.
So you boycott, and turn your back on the team you love?
Boycott has nothing to do with it. People are naturally more likely to attend any sporting event based on an expectation of quality.
Got it. Stay away from supporting the players on the field
who are working hard trying to win and be a wild card team.

“Through 65 home games, the Cardinals have generated a total attendance of 1,873,875, based on the metric of tickets sold. Right now, that’s an average attendance of around 28,829. If that pace remains similar through the regular season’s end, the Cardinals are on pace for a season attendance of roughly 2,335,137.”
He also explained how this year’s trend would represent a historic low point for the franchise.
“That would mark the team’s lowest for a non-pandemic-restricted season since 1995, when the Cardinals drew a season attendance of 1,756,727. That season? The Cardinals only played 72 home games due to MLB scheduling arrangements out of a players’ strike and would have paced for around 1,976,318 in attendance.”
You should be happy and applaud this
Yes…

There seems to be a lot of focus on dwindling attendance….

For those who desire a new direction for the club it’s the best news they can receive..

These owners have been asleep at the wheel for years
Oh I get it. Boycott the lousy .500 team that’s going through a transition year to allow younger players to mature - in order to show utter disgust.
It’s not a boycott….it’s a personal judgement that the entertainment value is less than the cost.

Not to pry, but how many other bad products do you buy?
Entertainment value is low. Costs are high. Cardinal game is slow. And they wonder why.
Still in the playoff hunt.
LOL. The watered-down playoffs are a joke.
Joke or not, they are what they are. The name of the game is to get into them. Even a team with only 83 regular season wins has won the World Championship. 5 over .500.
One. An 83 win team has won one WS. That’s next to zero. And if it wasn’t STL, you wouldn’t even reference it. Using the 83 as a debating position is treacherous at best.
It’s an extreme example. But it’s still an example that anything can happen once you’re in. Right, dawg?

You are correct sir. It is an extreme example, as you noted, and it is also proof that anything can happen once in.

Which is the premise most here carry.

Apparently Mo-ran's plan is to hope for a 'once in a lifetime' miracle...and it shows in this team's construction and the fans reactions...

Cranny-
Statistically we alive for a playoff berth.
In 2006, we had players with names like Pujols, Molina, Wainwright and Carpenter.
In 2025, we have…..nothing close to any of them. Nada.
Dreaming has a place. Delusion does not.

He’s not delusional. He doesn’t believe this team actually has a playoff chance. It’s just performance art and a lack of willingness to admit this team is a failed roster.

Injuries to key players. Comparing this ragtag bunch to 2006 is asinine.

Out of touch? They bring in Ozuna, Goldschmidt, Arenado, Gray, Contreras, etc. (and see Walker and Gorman backslide). It doesn’t work. So they change horses from Mo to Bloom to refresh the picture. Doesn’t seem out of touch to me.
Yes, raising ticket prices with declining attendance for a mediocre team while cutting payroll is not out of touch?

A 10-15% bump for some season ticket holders. They’ll play to crowds of 10,000 next year and deserve every minute of it.

Sad!

:?

You know good & well the star players who were injured that season.

That was a 95-100 win team if they're healthy.

The question he asked was: How would you, as a fan, suggest expressing displeasure over the last few years of the Cardinal product?

Not "What are some methods others have utilized to express themselves on the subject?"...which is all you offered up.
