High 90's FB, low 90's Cutter....that's it so far

That was pretty. Even the hit off him was a bit lucky as it hit the second base bag as the SS was about to field it, although he may have been safe anyway.

Ranile Rodriguez just got hit by a pitch - on the top of his head. It was a high breaking ball, and Rainy stooped down and bam - top of the helmet. I've never seen that before.

That doesn't work in the majors.

steady diet of cutters in the low 90's....then a high cheese at 96 to get the whiff.

if he ever gets a slider or a curve...he's deadly.

Franklin looks fantastic. The third K in the 2nd inning was on a breaking ball, but the other Ks he has blown by people.
