This season not only has a dozen different exciting Blues-related elements to follow, but also the fact is this upcoming tournament is supercharging our 1G, 1D, 1C within the season, which is rare. Our regular season is a competition for two things for that trio of players, who are our most important players. It's a massive dynamic this year.

I think RT has a better than 50% chance of making Team Canada. Just no more broken ankles or other injuries and he should be fine. The wildcard is how young guys like Bedard and Celebrini do the first half of this season. I think both will improve and they may want to bring one or both as those 2 are sure to be top players for Canada in 2030.
As of today though, I’d put RT in as the 4C on that team. But he can play RW too.

Yeah he’s a great player to have for face offs alone. I think he’s on it this yearSTL fan in MN wrote: ↑22 Aug 2025 11:09 am I think RT has a better than 50% chance of making Team Canada.
