The Alabama game was NOT a beat down from the opening kickoff. It was 6-0 late in the first half.
Check the source.

It's the same person who calls Drink's clock management, top 10 TOP and 11-1 record in one scores games INSANITY.

It's official. Tigers going with 2 primary QBs Thursday. I'd decide the starter with a coin flip. For the cooler than room temperature IQ folks, that doesn't mean one guy plays 3 quarters then the other guy. It means splitting possessions or portions of quarters. My prediction?: Pribula's running marks the difference and he wins out, but Horn will look great.

Eli Drinkwitz announces its quarterback ... on opener.

From 2026 and beyond, I hope we see Zollers for four straight years.

I see the lunatic fringe has gone from wanting the backup to play to the third stringer.

You shouldn’t broad brush Drinkwitz as part of the lunatic fringe.

Drinkwitz met with the media on Sunday for the opening of fall camp. The head coach said true freshman Matt Zollers has a chance to win the starting job.

I brushed the person who mentioned 2026, not Drink.

And here's what Drink said at the END of fall camp

Unfortunately, all Winonsports does is bash Mizzou and Drink. That is understandable though since Winonsports has never attended any Mizzou games and only watches from a basement.

Don't know why any one engages him.

He's not here for Missouri....like all trolls he's here for attention and himself.

If this is the case, I hope each QB is given an equal chance. Last time we had this scenario, Horn was essentially tasked with handing the ball off and hoping not to fall down coming out of the huddle. I'd like to see the starter play the first quarter, the other guy play quarters 2 and 3 (to give each QB the opportunity to start a half) and the starter to play the 4th quarter.

Your first error was calling one of the QBs "the starter." If there was a starter, there would be no need for a quarterback competition to determine the starter.

That's a good description of acco, but sometimes it's necessary to expose his intentions.

On this thread he's using a quote from four weeks ago in order to create flames in another area today.

In another thread he's acting like Mizzou is the only program that plays an FCS school

If Horn has a chance to be the starting QB, then Pribula isn’t as good as advertised. Horn has almost no college experience at QB, yet we are to believe he has chance to win the starting QB job?

SOMEBODY has to START the game, moron. Maybe we can call that person the “opener”.

So, what you're saying is because it hasn't happened yet, then it won't happen.

If that's an accurate statement, then every year there are several QB in that situation. Especially since there is a finite time one has to play in college as a QB.

Well, Drink has now empatically said there will be no more competition at QB after Week 1. He simply answered "no" when asked that question.

And he had this to say about both QBs:

“Both have demonstrated leadership, toughness, accuracy and decision-making in practice,” Drinkwitz said Saturday in a news conference, “but I felt like the only way to separate them was in live competition.”

I just hope both Pribula and Horn get to run the whole offense. Otherwise, this competition thing will just be a charade.
