Does sagessee ever square the ball up. He hits more bloops and jam shots than anybody I’ve ever seen. He has to learn to quit swinging at inside pitches off the plate.

Probably.
On the other hand, he has 36 hits, and is at about .250.
In 2025 Cardinal land, that does not suck.

After that riveting discussion of Caray’s outfit, the absurdity of a city letting Kelly go and keeping Brad Thompson hit me like a ton of bricks.

Looks like he has trouble with the curve
So far he has swung at 50% of the pitches outside the strike zone which he has seen.

That's not going to work.
