Pedro runs like Aunt Josephine, but he scored on that wild pitch.

They should have PR for him... if they were trying to win...

but the wild pitch erases their mistake and he scored anyway. No harm.

Noot is not clutch.
I think the Cards might be afraid to deal him?
He has the look of someone who will finally wake up if dealt.

Have you ever watched a team, whose batters get fooled by pitches more than the Cardinals’? Especially when runners are on base!
Teams have learned that they don’t have to challenge Cardinal hitters, because they will just get themselves out!

His horse is slow and crippled and fat
That’s the Cardinals . Two outs so runner at first taking off on contact… ball goes all the way to the wall and he doesn’t score.
If Pops got got a $1 for every slow poke he had to stop at 3rd base, he would have a huge bonus $$$$$ this year.

I hope someone tells Pallante that the difference in this game could be that he walked the first batter of the game... and the second batter of the 2nd inning... and the 2nd batter of the 3rd inning.

Two of them scored and the Cards go into the ninth trailing 4-3.

The Yanks have made a lot of mistakes but the Cardinals have managed to match them and still stay behind.

Who could have predicted Gorman strikes out in a ball out of the zone?

Yankees apparently know Pallante can’t throw strikes. We didn’t get the memo about Gil apparently.
