Caught a few breaks against a bad team.
Ugly wins happen!

To recap:
Burleson and Donovan deliver the runs.
BUT.....Gorman is clearly our most PRODUCTIVE
LH bat????
That is....according to ME-ville the resident genius.
Easy
Obvious
Correct
LMAO
Never been anyone like him
At least it’s never about him!

Reading the posts tonight on CT is hilarious... 99 percent of you guys are bit ching, moaning, groaning about the Cards' batters, the defense, and the management... But, somehow, in spite of all that, the Cards come thru... but, of course they didn't win the RIGHT way... How about some kudos for Oli, making the PH call of Donovan for Pages, and putting in Hampson for Gorman... Was a bold move, but, crickets from the experts here...

...Keep it up, guys... Shows how much you know about this game...
Marmol certainly pushed the right buttons tonight.

Well-managed game.
Funny, when guys come through, you pushed the right buttons and managed well. If the guys don’t come through, those same buttons would be absolutely the wrong ones and he’s an idiot.

That's a complete understanding of

...So true... A manager is only as good as the players he has in the dugout or on the field... Would you say that Oli is a "better" manager than the Rockies manager..?? ...Or the Brewers manager..? ...all depends on the players you have, and how they perform on any given night...
