Yes I do, but he has sat a lot since returning, and probably wouldn’t be playing tonight if Donovan was healthy. Now, do you disagree with that?scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2025 21:09 pmYou know UniKKKorn had a bad back during the ASB? And took awhile after that, for it to get better...Hoosier59 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2025 21:04 pm Big hits by Walker and Gorman! This is exactly why I questioned Oli’s line up choices since the All-Star break. These two guys have to play nearly every day here on out. Players like Donovan, Contreras, and Nootbaar, do not need to play everyday, and Hampson doesn’t need to start at all.

Jo Jo is good to go!

Why, we know who he is! It wouldn’t hurt to sit him now and then, just so some of the younger guys can play.Melville wrote: ↑10 Aug 2025 21:10 pmWith the exception Conteras, I pretty much agree.Hoosier59 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2025 21:04 pm Big hits by Walker and Gorman! We need a CFer.
Re: GDT : Cards vs. Cubs (8/10) ~ 6:10pm CDT
...I agree...but Ollie would have been crucified if O'Brien gives up a hit and the Cubs score to tie or go ahead...Was the correct move, in hindsight...
Re: GDT : Cards vs. Cubs (8/10) ~ 6:10pm CDT
JoJo, O'Brien, Leahy, and Svanson all pitching well. fingers crossed.
rest of bullpen is bad

Looked overmatched didn't he?
Re: GDT : Cards vs. Cubs (8/10) ~ 6:10pm CDT
Scott ahead in the count 2-1 swings at ball 3, 4, and 5.
I like his potential but he needs to level off his swing and show more discipline.

Respect the game at all times.
Contreras should not see any reduced playing time until it is clear STL is out of the hunt.
Odds are long, but STL should still do the right thing and compete.

No. Which player gives you a better chance of winning? I'll go with the lone All Star as the club goes for the series won against their hated rival. Seen enough of KKorn at 3bHoosier59 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2025 21:16 pmYes I do, but he has sat a lot since returning, and probably wouldn’t be playing tonight if Donovan was healthy. Counsell PH Turner for the great PCA - kind of surprising.
Re: GDT : Cards vs. Cubs (8/10) ~ 6:10pm CDT
How many times have you seen him to just try and slap the ball the other way and use his speed? He tries to pull everything!
