My guess is they will do a press conference right after the season officially handing it off to Bloom where they will announce only minor changes to Oli’s staff but that Oli is returning.

Hoo boy, I hope not! I’m hoping that Bloom announces that Oli has been released from his contract, or has been moved to another position in the organization.

I believe Marmol will be dismissed within two weeks of the seasons' end. His firing should happen immediately, but since Mo is officially still the POBO, it will be delayed until the Bloom era begins.

Not thinking the base coaches will be moved out. More that they will create new roles we never heard of in the coordinator area.

He’s not looking to hire a manager in the mold of Whitey or TLR. Those days are long gone. Bloom could very well decide that Oli is the guy to oversee the transition/rebuild, but not the guy to take the next step. My guess, most of you stand a 50/50 of being very upset.

Only a complete idiot would hire Molina or Pujols to manage the team in 2026.
There could not possibly be 2 worse choices.
Bloom may or may not prove to be an effective leader - but there is no way he would be that stupid in acting against his own best interests.
