I also think that Donovan belongs on the infield, not as a corner outfielder. Bloom may well end up moving Donovan for help in another area. I see Wetherholt and Winn as our middle infield defense for the next 10 years.

As usual, we need outfielders. At least two of them. This has been a need for years now and that hasn’t stopped. Donovan and Scott as 2/3 of an outfield would be a disaster.

Every STL infielder dropped balls, missed easy plays, and/or made a poor throw during the SD series - and every one of them, including Gorman, also made at least one outstanding defensive play as well.
Gorman is no GG by any stretch, but he is fine at 3b or 2B.

Why him over Willson at 1B? He'd be a defensive downgrade and DH allows him to be platooned vs. lefties.

and Blaze needs to establish himself at AAA first before wedging him in at the big league
