93.3 exit velo on Winn's lineout. All other hits in that inning were 100+ ev except for Herrera who hit it at 95+

3 runs. Fun inning. Too late to make a difference.

It caused the Padres to burn a quality reliever in this game. Maybe a butterfly effect on their season.

But mostly poor defense and lots of strikeouts in the lineup for Cardinals to show off to Bloom.

I have the Tigers, Mariners or Blue Jays. Padres would be the 4th team on that list just for Shildt to have his day.

I have little doubt Morejon would have blown the entire 7-0 lead if left in. Tossing BP out there. He was reprising his awful appearance in the ASG.

I could maybe go for tigers or mariners not the blue jays. I like the padres they’ve always been my second favorite team since the Tony Gwynn days and they haven’t ever won. So if they don’t make it I’m all on board for the American League team because the other national league teams I hate. It would also be funny to have the guy mo fired win a World Series with another team the year he retires
